Brakes HELP!

HELP !!!!!!!
I have a 1971 3500 and my brakes are not working properly
the peddle goes hard and the brakes seem to fade . I have replaced all the pads and checked the calipers none of wich are siezed the brakes have been blead and the peddle goes to the floor when bleeding so I can rule out the master cylinder siezed any help would be great

when you fit new pads it takes time to bed them in.take it steady for the first few journeys and no heavy braking or the pads will glaze over making the problem worse.

thank you for your reply I will take note but I think it may be more than that I have spoken to local mechanic he seems to think it might be tha servo does this seem likely

if its the servo check that there are no leaks between servo and manifold if ok then the servo will need a rebuild as it could be the piston or seal at fault.

thanks to all for advice I have spent a nice day working on the brakes ..Found supplier for all my needs locally even had servo repair kit what a bit of luck
all back together now and working :D
the supliers name is Knots green and they are in Walthamstow London e17
