Brighter Tail Lights?

If anyone's going to do a comparison, do it next to a modern car with acceptably bright tail/brake lights for a more 'real world' comparison.

Until I see a significant improvement in modern lighting over original style bulbs, I'll stick with my polished lenses which are more than bright enough for their size.

You need to get the attention of modern distracted driver somehow, although being punched in the face by an airbag is usually a good way of getting somebodies attention, if a little too late :LOL:
 
The worst thing about them is being stuck in a traffic jam at night & the planks sit there with their foot on the brake pedal instead of using the handbrake, meaning you're sitting there with a faceful of over-zealous brake light. :roll:
