I've seriously road tested the car this weekend - after initial problems where the handbrake linkage was causing the new rear calipers not to engage fully.

Barring a spot of trademark vapour lock manifesting itself in the extreme temperatures of yesterday in amongst a lot of stop/start motoring (we got home fine), it's a sweetie. Ideally the new owner could do with an electric fuel pump.

That's beautiful Nick, if only you'd had it finished and ready to sell four weeks ago! I'm very happy with the car I bought but that is just lovely 8)

It's taken a lot of time unfortunately, both sorting the fliches and waiting for rear brake calipers. But finished it is now!
