Can anyone tell me what sort of pipe to use when connecting the resovoir to the clutch and brake master cylinders? My exisiting pipe seems to have gone porus.

BB,

I used a piece of the fleix hose from halfords for the brake fluid res.

It was graded for fuel and I don't think it is upfor the job. probably best to find a company that make brake hoses or use an old one and cut the ends off as it is quite a short piece.

Not sure if the bore is adequate but you could buy the cheapest brake flexi hose (e.g. ford escort front flexi should be cheap) and cut a section out.

Hmmm. I'll ask Weekley's what they use. Or failing that i've got to go to my local hydraulics specialist soon to get a goodridge clutch hose altered. See what they recommend.

Bit of a mistry at the moment. Do remember reading something in Practical Classics but I only read it at the shelf these days so don't have the copy lying around.
