Headlamp bowls

My headlamp adjusters were rusted to a crumbly mess. I looked around for ages trying to get some replacement headlamp bowls; I tried Ebay, Wins & Co, JR Wadhams, Rover Classics, all to no avail. I thought I'd take a chance and buy a pair of Triumph Stag ones from Ebay, and I'm pleased to say they fit! So if you're stuck, I reckon the following are probably interchangeable..
Triumph Stag
Triumph Dolomite
Ford Capri MK3

Another very useful site for old Lucas bits is Holden's - but they're not cheap. My other favourite is Stafford Vehicle Components. It it's not on the site, give them a ring, they are extremely knowledgable and helpful.
