Looks as if this is what I have been looking for, but brightness comparisons can be made to look good by changing the camera exposure. I would like to hear from users before paying money.

My Rover has Hella H4 outers (55W/60W) and H1 inners (100W Pencil beams). The latter though is illegal in Europe and the U.K, so it says on the packaging. I use relays for all 4 headlights so as to limit the current flowing through the switch.
The lights are superb, especially the H1 high beams. The time and money to make the changes were completely worth it.
