mth442h mk 1 v8 1969

The best thing to do is make a fee paying enquiry with the DVLA.

I do this with all my cars, costs around £5 and they send you (as long as you are the registered current owner) copies of the V5 and registration documents.

Worth doing if you're interested in it's history but saying that all I got was a letter with names & addresses of previous keepers, no copy logbooks though I have copies for my first P6 from a previous owners search.

Have to say I was a little confused by your post as the video of your car on you tube seemed to suggest you have loads of history with the car.

Sorry. :?

hey i would like to know more about the car when my dad had it and how many owners she has had

I dont quite know how to put this tactfully but I take it your Dad is no longer around to ask.
The V5 should tell you how many owners (at least registered ones) the car has had but the above mentioned DVLA search is worth a shot for a fiver, it's easy to do you just fill in form V888 & send a cheque for £5.00 I played dumb & rang them to test the water with my car as vehicle records are sketchy before 1975 they asked me the reg. no. & said yes we can trace it right back to 1967 but obviously they wont tell you until you send your form in

I seem to remember someone on the Piratical classics forum did this and then mailed all the former owners and got a very positive response from the past owners, must be worth a shot.
