'Needed' (for Beamish rally). Front V8 bumper please

Good afternoon,
Does anyone have a spare, 'presentable' front V8 bumper, preferably with over-riders? I'm going to the Beamish rally, so I'm in the process of 'trying' to tidy my car up. I've seen how lovely some of your cars look and mine is quite embarassing :oops: . Of course, I'm willing to pay for the bumper including postage costs but I can't afford top whack for something in show condititon. I've got a decent rear bumper but my front one is now badly pitted and lets the car down (as does the poor paintwork!) :LOL: .

Sorry I can't help, Will, although I hope to see you at Beamish :D .

However, please take your car as it is - it will then probably be the most interesting car there! :p It's lovely to see many well cared for cars, but many of us can remember them as bangers in the 70's & 80's ( no offence intended! :LOL: )

I might go in my 2nd project - now that IS rough!
 
Haha, no offence taken Phil. I had a young lad recently tell me how much he liked my 'banger' so I'm used to it :LOL: . I may well take my car 'as is', although I am in the process of refurbishing and fitting a rare (?) aftermarket electric, sliding steel sunroof. The roof was on the car when my Dad owned it, but has (until recently) been collecting dust in the shed. It seemed a shame that it was going to waste, so Beamish seemed an ideal opportunity to get it back on the car. This will be my first show/rally since owning the car and I'm taking my Dad along for the day. He was a P6ROC member but never attended any shows.
 
I don't have a spare front bumper but I can help you out with front overiders if you don't get any with the bumper.

Like Phil said though bring it along anyway, you'll get a great reception whatever the condition of your car.
