Good news , a conclusion to the problem, bought a filter with an anti drain valve and realised it is the sane as the one already on the engine.
I started by taking the distributor out and used the drill method even after 10/15 minutes using a mains drill at full stretch ,it had no effect.
took the filter off and topped up with oil , still no different , I bought a pressure relief valve and spring ,took the old one out and could see the veins of the pump,packed this with vaseline replaced valve and spring ,fired up and hey presto,I have pressure again !
