Depends on the paint type, if you're doing cellulose then I'd say roughly 5 litres, 2 pack is a lot less probably 2 litres. Maybe even less if your not doing the roof.
I sprayed my first convertible with 5 litres of celly, and that had no roof to paint I also had about 1/2 litre or more left for repairs and touch ups, the stuff lasts for years so worth keeping some left over.
The amount of 2K you need will depend on if you are just repainting the outside of the car, or doing inside the doors, and the door shuts as well.
Using medium solids paint, I would say a minimum of 3.5 litres paint, assuming a mixing ratio of 2 parts paint, one part hardener, and 10% thinner. It also depends what colour you are painting as well. Reds are usually quite weak, and will require more coats than black or white.
I am painting mine in 2K, but I have the inside of all the outer panels to do, so I will be buying about 5 litres, possibly 6.
full face mask and vapour and gas filter should be more then enough. as for that cat, I really hate it... 2k goes on the "shiny" side, everything else gets blue and black hammerite.
