some wires for the rova` - who makes `em?

hello world of knowledge,
i have a set of wires for my rover but dont know who has made them, on the back of the rim the letters are bbk and sw,
they are 15x6j, with five stud holes in the back of the hub of the wheels.
does anybody have any ideas????
and i was wanting to have them cleaned an powder coated, any companys that will do it? expensive? :p
