I have a brand new unused pair of front calipers for my p6 but i dont know what make they are .
On one side it say TYPE M16 F13 64326047 then there are 3 letters Q G D the G looks like a logo and has a hand on it .

On the other side it says F6 TYPE 16P 64327814 QJ
there are 4 other serial numbers on it with the writing BRIT PAT above them ,

Does anyone have any ideas ?

cheers
peter

sorted they're Girling calipers but it cost me 87 quid for new pistons and seal kits but i supose its not bad considering i got the calipers for nowt

The M16 calipers that those are replacements for are ford ( Cortina etc ) parts - often used on Kit Cars - I have them on a Westfield - I believe they are quite different to the ones on my P6

I forgot about this thread ..the calipers were painted and fitted with new pistons and seals and are now sitting on my abandoned p6 under a nice blue sheet of tarpaulin
