Hello I,m new to this forum so be gentle, I have being trying to trace a 1970 Rover 3500 P6 phase 1 UOE 941H Royal blue with Doeskin Leather trim, as far as i can remember my Dad bought it around 1980 He had the body fully restored with genuine Unipart Rover panels thats another story !! which he undersealed, if the owner is reading this the N/S front wing had to be replaced again because a couple of months later whilst the beloved P6 was parked outside our terraced house in Coventry it was hit by a car during heavy snow (no heated garage in those days) the bodyshop did a fantastic job but to my dads disgust they forgot to underseal this wing, go on have a look! he really loved that car but was seduced by a white mk2 Granada 2.8i ghia x at a local Ford dealer and that was that,He always regretted that desision and to this day talks about the one that got away, I know it still exists because of the DVLA website, we just thought it might be a nice idea maybe one day to see it again.

Thanks Vince

Hello and welcome to the forum. I'm sure I've seen that registration somewhere! Have you any photos of the car?

The car still exists and belongs or belonged until recently to a couple called Bob and Margaret, who live around Farnham if memory serves corrrectly. I have pictures of the car at several events including on an NEC club stand and at Nuffield House.

Yep - this is broken until i manage to sort the server move. If you want pictures hosting feel free to mail them to me and i can put them on for you...

Cheers,

Rich
