Hi All,
Just a quick one, as an avid internet user I thought I would use the services of an internet company to buy new tyres for one of my cars (Saab 900) so I tried mytyres.co.uk, and to be quite honest they were a bit dissapointing, after three weeks of waiting on their next day delivery service I gave up cancelled the order and contacted etyres.co.uk The very next day the e-tyres man came to my house, fitted and ballanced the tyres, all for roughly the same cost as the tyres only deal from mytyres (they were slightly better spec as well, Z rated tather than R - both avons) Anyone else had any good/bad dealings with either of these companies?
Cheers
Al

etyres sound very good. My own favourite to present is Micheldever tyres (oddly enough at Micheldever - just next to the station, that's close to Winchester by the way). They are so good I've been prepared to drive there from Bristol for at least 5 years. Difficult to explain how far ahead of any other retailer they are without you going and trying. They are also the importer for a significant no of major makes and do very very good prices (haven't compared with etyres so can't comment on that). For me the star turn is their geometry rig, which not only does tracking but just about every other dimensional check you could conceive of on a cars' suspension. Very highly recommended.
