Are these the same wheels that the guy on here was think about selling?

Can the rim damage be repaired?

The guy who's selling these is a great individual. Raced a 2000 TC in vintage events here in the U.S., located in Washington state. Pretty honest guy too. I just bought a NOS set of tail lights from him. Sold the Rover to a guy in Arizona, so he's letting go his stashed parts. I've attached a photo of his car.
