Will these fit?/Suitable "upgrade"?

I've just priced up new valves, springs and guides for a pair of those heads and it came to £150 from Rimmers, so even at the starting price I think that makes those heads expensive.

The cyl' heads to look out for with improved performance in mind are the SD1 Vitesse/Efi type fitted to Rover SD1 cars from '82-'87. The Vitesse/Efi cyl' heads will give much more power than the standard SD1 type if that is your goal.

I believe up to '95 with the addition of the new 4.6 all the 3.5, 3.9, and 4.3 motors were using the same cyl' heads. It's only the SD1 Vitesse/EFi that had different cyl' heads for more power. The main difference was the waisted valve stems(immediately behind valve head), and recessed valve throats.
