Wiper collides with bonnet

Hi,
you can see from the photos here, that the wipers are very close to the edge of the bonnet, let´s say zero to 1 mm. It´s not easy to remove the wipers (yes, with bonnet open...). When I got the car, I had to take out the windscreen, replace the rubber seals, add the lower metal channel, the mid support etc and mount the "wind shield" the correct way, but this will not change position of the wheelboxes.
I cannot see, that the bonnet is the problem (or ??), the car had no accident at the front.
I have only one nut per wheelbox (the one you see on the photo). Is there a 2nd nut for the wheelbox adjustment and a 2nd nut for the wind shield ?

You can drop them back a little by placing a washer between the wheel box and the base unit. Either that or adjust the bonnet, moving it forward a mm or two. Don't forget to adjust the bonnet catch afterwards though :?

Yes, you should have 2 nuts per wheelbox. The one that shows in your photo, and one beneath the valance, that secures the wheelbox to the base unit.

Thanks for this advice...
Just looked around in the motor-bay for a while and found one nut beside the heater-box, but not the 4th nut (expect this inside the heater-box...). Suppose, it´s also a non-metric nut :?
