I'm putting the final touches to a 3500 P6. When we came to fire it up, it wouldn't fire until we took the rev counter wire off the coil, then it fired up straight away? We had the rev counter connected to the negative side of the coil, is this right? Any ideas?

Got all set to remove the old manky electric fuel pump, which is fitted in the engine bay, with a brand new Facet pump, but came unstuck almost straight away. Could someone explain, with pictures, what the recommended way of dealing with the reserve fuel line and also the return from the carbs...

Hi, I#m putting the engine and box back together on my Dad's 3500, but I'm struggling with the routing of the oil cooler lines for the auto. I've got them routed in behind the starter to get them close enough to the sump bolts, but can't decide if they go over or behind the oil filter mount...

I know the 2200 servo is smaller, and that the 3500 calipers are 6 pots, but I am breaking a 2200 with excellent brakes and need a servo on the 3500 that I'm rebuilding, so is it technically possible to use the 2200 one? thanks
