hi chris mine are 1inch valves and the normal ones are 3/4 of a inch apparently only 10% have the larger ones its a pain no one has got then anymore iif you find anyy let me no and ill buy the of ya really appreciate it tom

hi im looking for a mechanical fuel pump or dose anyone no where i can get the larger inlet and outlet fuel valves i bought a rebuild kit everything fit apart from the inlet and outlet fuel valves and the original ones in it are no good can anyone help asap thanks tom

thanks for the replys at the moment i have a macnicnal pump thats gone. i have decided to change it to electrial is there any complete kits on ebay anyone can recomend ? also are thay easy to change over :? thanks tom

how can you tell the difference in the carbs ? and just latley i have started to smell fuel now and again with the electrics i have changed the points,rotor arm and cap , ignition coil i still need to change the leads but all the plugs are clean

would it run better if i got a set of k&n's ?

hi i cleaned the fuel filter out and gave the carbs a nother good old clean seems to be ok now touch wood but i have done it b4 and it normaly happens after a few days but ill have to wate and see could the ht leads affect it? thanks for your advice its all a learning curve for me tom

well had it put on a ramp when i looked at it the previous owner has put pug on it all over the place the lot is really badly corroded i was lucky i got it throw its mot when i took it for a long run about i heard about 4 or 5 bive bits of pug fall out it is beyond repair
