    the biggest issue I've had is with electrical gremlins throughout. The aftermarket Air Con that was fitted, was wired through the Inhibitor Switch of the Gearbox and also through the Dash Lights. Why? Maybe its so the compressor clutch would not engage on start up, only after "D" was engaged...

    I can only tell you the way we set them at the factory ,probably the same as the workshop manual . Slacken off the two bolts on the front stabilizer , slacken off one exhaust joint close to g/box , then adjust the spring so snubber bar sits in the center . retighten stabilizer exhaust etc.
