Anyone got any info as to what voltage is supposed to be coming from the warning light wire on the 11AC? Alternator not that old and is charging fine. Having bother with the warning light and most Jag sources say the voltage should be around 7.5 volts at the 3AW brown/yellow terminal with engine at around 1500rpm. We only have 1.2v at about 2500rpm. checked with a meter to earth at the alternator end and at the termination of the 3AW. Think the 3AW relay will need more than that to function? Any ideas very welcome.
