Hi all,

My 1971 NADA 2000 TC is for sale. I am asking $3500/offer, and am motivated to sell the car sooner rather than later, so I encourage reasonable offers. The car is located in Columbia, SC, USA. The best means of reaching me is via email: fjcumberland@yahoo.com

Some very recent pics are here:

The car is running really well, and looks great. Her center console is out because we had just changed the gearshift lever. Also, I have replaced the left front under-bumper indicator lens, which is missing in the pictures.

It was a diplomatic import into Washinigton, DC, that was bought when it was 6 months old by a Rover enthusiast in Maryland. He immediately loaded it up with just about every conceivable Rover option (including Sundym windows and Delanair AC). I bought it from him in 2002. He refurbished it in 1999. Original color is Mexico Brown. The interior is the original one - it is Sandalwood. The blue is a Chrysler color - the best way I can describe it is "Richard Petty Blue." In my opinion it suits the car very well. I have the Heritage Certificate for it.

The Rover will come with some mechancial spares. I also have a spare engine & manual box that came with her (it might be her original engine - I cannot remember, but probably can figure that out), and a 2 litre TC engine w/manual box and a 2.2L w/auto box that I bought from the UK. I'm asking $375 ono for each of those 2 spare engines, or they can go with the car.

Cheers,

Jim
