2000 TC Intake manifold - please help!

Hi folks,
I took my intake manifold off and forgot to drain the coolant. Upon starting there was loads of smoke and the oil has turned creamy. At first I assumed there was a carb valve/float level issue and it was petrol in the oil and coming out a spark plug hole. Is it likely enough water got in the cylinders when I loosened the intake manifold to do this? I'm sure the head gasket is fine as she was running OK before I removed and refitted the carbs

Creamy oil would suggest you got coolant into the oil pan, which I can't really see from just removing the manifold. It does sound like you got coolant into one or more cylinders though, but if the car started and ran you probably didn't get enough in to cause a hydraulic lock and cause damage.

Yours
Vern
