2000TC clutch

Hi all,
I read with interest Alfesti's clutch problem where he had problems getting gear selection when cold, my problem is the opposite, gear selection is fine when cold but when at normal running temperature the gears crunch like billyo, reverse is almost impossible to engage. There is no loss of fluid pressure, any ideas ???

Not being a qualified mechanic I would still suspect the clutch bearing sticking on the shaft which seems to be the main cause of gearchange problems. I haven't even had a P6 'box off an engine yet, though soon will have done it twice, but I'm going by what I've read.

It could also be the wrong grade of oil in the gearbox, as it gets warm its viscousity decreases so it might not offer the same protection
