It stayed at £450 for a few days then leaped near the end. What credit crunch?
As it happens I don't think payment will be a problem as someone obviously wants their Rally-style Mini looking authentic & when you have a project close to your heart you can convince yourself that a large amount of money is not so large when a rare object you want becomes available. Haven't we all been there?

Buyer from the US, judging by the feedback he's already paid. I'd certainly be sending that by some sort of recorded delivery, don't need a "it didn't turn up" on that one !
Look at this switch: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0406488136
I wouldn't have minded it myself (I was watching it for Bruiser) but I wouldn't have paid £30+ for a switch. Genuine Rally equipment seems to carry a premium. Which TBH, I already knew via the prices of Halda tripmeters & the like. Not that I'm going rallying, I just want some sporty bits (not a tripmeter). I've got my own ideas for Bruiser though which you'll all see once I've carried them through, nothing drastic as I'm liking the minimalistic look. My idea for front 1/4 bumpers (not cut-down) has taken a back seat as it would cause registration plate problems & my brother thinks they'll spoil the look of the front & I'm sort've inclined to agree with him.
