a simple circuit analyser

Hi all can anyone recommend a simple circuit designer/analyser for windows that includes fuses switches bulbs and a relay. preferably one that doesn't require the entire mfc packages to be installed along with java and god knows what other language it decides it needs

For designing car looms? I had a poke around when I did the midget but didn't find anything. I eventually used the openoffice version of PowerPoint !
