Spotted a very tidy looking M reg. Estoura today. Around 11.30 this morning heading south through Jedburgh, I was in the Woolen Mill having a coffee.
Anyone on here's ?

Hi Tam

Didn't know you were down this way. You could've joined us in St Boswells for the start of our run down to Northumberland.

I spotted that same car turning onto the A68 at St Boswells just after 11am. I suspect it's Robin Wild's car.

hi sorry to highjack the thread but I will be coming up to Peebles to stay with my sister for the sarr at the end of may. what's the best way from the a68 with a 3.5 tonne transporter. is it best to go through Galashiels from Jedburgh or is there a way though to Selkirk.

also what is the B6362 like between stow and lauder. is it p6 friendly? or am I better off going back to the a68?

many thanks

Hi Coop

The road across the hills from Stow to Lauder is fine. I came back that way today. Just watch out for sheep :D

The best way to Peebles from the A68 with a 3.5 tonne transporter is through Jedburgh and Gala. The road from Selkirk is a bit tight and narrow in places.

Give me a shout when you get up here as you'll pass my house on your way past Gala :D

Hi Dave I never thought about being in your area  . Travelled down the A68 to Carter Bar for a memorial meet to a couple of sadly departed Rover guys.
We actually followed a Citreon 2CV for a bit and it turned of roughly where your speaking about. There was a big boot sale on the grass opposite the Buccleuch Arms.
Was just following others though first time south of Edinburgh for me, some cracking hailstorms and driving snow on the way home
