Another Aussie P6

Just came across this lovely P6 in Australia, shows prices and values are rising! Might be a challenge to Ron's Safron P6?

Not sure if i am a fan of the wheels, but the paint looks mint and that engine bay looks clean enough to eat off!

Worth $13,500?

Any ideas why prices are rising in Aus?

They are Cheviot alloys. An Australian made wheel popular in the '70s and '80s in Oz and NZ. They aren't Rover wheels.

Reminiscent and probably based on the "turbine" wheels many corvettes had.
Other Chevys such as the dayvans wore them too I believe.
If you look hard enough you might even find a set in the correct pcd with a deeper dish/ negative offset than these if you're going for a more custom look..
Try searching "Western Turbine wheels".

A very nice example of a '76, as you read through the description, hence the price. It's not so much prices rising for P6B's but rather price reflects what you get, Club Show Car, interior, paint, as new, all original and very well looked after, Oh, and looks good in Saffron!!!

compared to the rather nice blue 71' 3500 at $3800 below in the ad, which is more at my price range, and still has a usable passenger glove box, bonus, and with air con!!
