Maybe they extended that in the hope that it would make the handbrake look as though it's not really that high....
 
I just sold this for £1300 and compared to the other early SC which is now almost £9000, I'd say my car was more value for money and its manual.
 
Far too cheap if you ask me (ok, you didn't), someone got a sweet deal. If I was in the UK, they'd be fighting me for it. If my car were anywhere near that good I'd be looking at 2500-3000 before parting with it.

I wonder if thedoctor is composing another rambling essay of superlatives and polishing his collection of lenses as we speak.....

Were you really that desperate to get rid of it?
 
Its a case of selling with a concious and a happy buyer.

I'm fine with it and glad the old gir lhas gone to a new home. Its been off the road since 2004
 
It'll need brakes servicing & various hoses & consumables then. The buyer has a nice bit of spare cash to take care of the re-commissioning.
