Birlingham Vintage & Classic Car Rally Friday 29th July 2012 Nr Eckington, Worcestershire.

CANCELLED

Just received confirmation that this bi.annual Friday evening rally in aid of charity has been cancelled due to
the water content of the village cricket ground (on which it is held) No immediate plans to
re-schedule.

Yet another unfortunate result of this soggy summer

Birlingham Vintage & Classic Car Rally Rescheduled

Evening of Friday 24th August - a week today - sorry not to give more notice
only just heard on the grape vine. :roll:

The normal July bi-annual Meet had to be cancelled due to waterlogged ground.

For those not familiar with the West Midlands, Birlingham is a lovely village off
the main road between Pershore & Upton upon Severn. Its held on the village green/
cricket ground - last meet 130 -140 vehicles usually & IIRC 5 P6 Rovers attended.

A very well attended meet with a bar and hot food.
