Bleed Nipple Thread Size?

With all the snow stopping me getting to work I thought I'd take the opportunity to have a look at my car's front brakes. The car has been pulling to the left on braking for quite a while so I started by removing the offside caliper for a wee lookie. I got the caliper off and the pistons out no problem. Some slight corrosion on the pistons but nothing major. One of the small pistons was seized though so that might be the problem; however, I now have a bigger problem.... yes you guessed it.....sheared bleed nipple  typical. Now I know this topic has been covered a multitude of times, so.....

I've managed to drill out the majority of the old nipple but I now need to clean up and re-thread the hole. Does anyone know what size the bleed nipple thread for a V8 front caliper is? If I can't get the hole re-tapped then I'm looking at a replacement caliper....and if I'm going to replace that one then I may as well do both. That's not as easy at it sounds though because:

A. The brake pipe union that connects the pipe to the caliper is also stuck so I can't get that off to fit to any new caliper
B. I'm still snowed in...

As an every day user of my car (except in 2 feet of snow) I need to get this sorted this weekend so I reckon my best option is to re-tap the bleed nipple hole and hope that works. Hence my question above. I might have to just take a bleed nipple to the local hardware shop (if I can get there) and use it to find the correct size.

Cheers

Thanks Tony

Re-tapping the hole didn't work :( so new calipers on order from Wins..... Had to be done some time I guess.

Update: New calipers arrived today so no points for guessing what I'll be doing tonight :D
