Carefully mark where the bonnet catch spring and safety catch fit, and then remove them.

Then, using a small socket, undo the two bolts that hold the badge on and give it a wiggle. It should come off fairly easily.

Only the spring is enough.

there are three different sorts of catches. some need all to be removed, some just the spring part.
