Bumper knocked sideways

In a continuation of the bad luck I've had lately I clipped the side of the bumper against one of the metal drainpipes in the garage. Now on inspection, there is a scratch in the paintwork where the bumper was pushed in and clearly it has sprung back to about 1.5cm from the body. On the other side it's about 4cm or so out so I'm guessing the bumper (expensive and a good one) is unaffected and the bumper irons have been pushed sideways.

so my question is. How would I bend these back keeping everything aligned? Would I be better buying the not-very-expensive NOS bumper irons on ebay and simply swapping them?

It really doesn't look bad, it is more a case of I know it's there and it annoys me.

Oof, bad luck Peter! :(

The two rear bumper irons are just flat, so I'd unbolt them from the body and straighten them out off the car. Either in a big vice or if all else fails, hammering them on a block of wood!

Hi, it's the front ones. The problem I have is I'm not sure if fine adjustment is within the capabilities of a large mallet! That's why I wondered if it's better spending 20 quid on new ones.

Hi, as Harvey says. The inners may just have moved on their bolts so try undoing them and
moving them back. Remove the outers first, see if the inners will centralise the bumper and
then refit the outers, adjusting there shape to suit.
