Door mirrors - Positioning

I have acquired a pair of original Rover door mirrors, but I do not know exactly where the fixing holes should be drilled in the doors. Can anyone advise me of the correct locations? A close-up photo of an originally-fitted mirror would be great.

i have to take a picture of the mirror for someone with the same problem, so i will send you a copy as well.
