Hi there,
When I needed some extra shims to adjust the doors, I removed the existing ones and traced them onto a thin sheet of aluminum and cut out with tin snips.
I also marked out extras , but did not cut them out, just in case I needed more in the future....
or buy them from Winns or Waldhams in the UK.

The shim for the door side of the hinge only comes in one thickness. The base unit side has two thicknesses, 18 & 20 swg. The door latch also has two thicknesses, .050 & .080. These shims are the most difficult to reproduce as they have a checkered pattern on the faces to make them stick together.
What make you think you'll need a bunch of thick shims?
Yours
Vern
PS the 20 swg will be the .036 shim, the 18 swg is .048 or thereabouts.
