Door to window seals - Fitting advice

Dam I missed this thread completly I could have done with them, I might take my perrished ones out and go see a rubber suplier I sometime use over here and see if he has anything similar, then cut to shape myself. in the pics it looks like a T shape with a bit of an angle, I am sure I have used something like this in the past.

I have just had a bit of a result 
went over to pick up the 2 red interiors and also came away with 3 very good slightly used window to door rubbers (genuine) chucked in for free

While popping in to Colin Gould at Farringdon the other day he showed me a wizard ruse he has adopted to produce virtually perfect replicas *including* the stiffener. He buys door to glass seals from a well known UK repmobile which cut down (not just the length - he has to take abit off the base as well) in about 15 mins per seal to an absolutely perfect copy of the original. They've got a bit of fur on the face against the glass as well!
I'm having Colin's production and the Scott's ones are going on e bay!

Yes please Chris - PLEASE let us know which repmobile and any other nuggets of info on how to trim / instal them. By sheer coincidence I was at S+G Walkers last Friday and enquired about the door seals and he said that he didn't have any and they were like hen teeth to find. Trouble is - however good your rover is it will always look shabby with tatty old door seals - so spill the beans pretty please!!

Sorry chaps, I'm under oath to Colin Gould!
BUT they do need a bit of work to get them ready for us non experts to fit; length, holes and grind a bit off the bottom. Colin has got this off to a tee and he doesn't charge a bomb for them. A super result!

O.K fair enough - Thanks for the reply.
Any rough price from Kingsdown - used to go there when they were Swindon based for bits but think they are now in Oxford which is a bit too far, but I guess he does mail order ? How near to the orginal do they look - bit concerned it might look like a new bit stuck on an old car, which was one of the reasons for the interest in what they came from, would allow me to get a feel for what they look like on the donor car.
