exhaust manifold paint

hi all does anyone have any good experiences with exhaust manifold paint i want to sand blast and repaint mine on my 2000 but dont want to bother if its just going to flake off :roll:
I know frost sell it but not too sure if it will be any good?

Dave, on my V8 I decided to experiment with high heat black stove paint.
That was probably 2 years ago now and still looks the same, absolutely no prep at all just brushed on :D
Otherwise the VHT brand do some incredibly high heat sprays for that very purpose.
I used a can of their satin black paint on my rockers, really good quality and the aerosol sprays very evenly

There is also some sort of aluminium spray coating that is done by my local powdercoating firm, we use it on our Anzani manifolds and it seems to work great. Could be worth contacting your local coating firm and asking them what they can offer?
 
thanks guys i will check it out and choose the best option. I may get it powdercoated as i have a few bits to get done anyway
