Front Fog Lamps

Hi one and all,
I have been looking on Ebay for a set of front fog lamps, and I found a nice set of lucas front fogs but I noticed that the glass was different on one side, this slightly put me off on the first listing as I thought that the glass must have been replaced at some stage,
but I found another set with odd glasses and others listings with matching glass.
Is this the normal to have two different glass design

A search of the Forum can be illuminating Fog Lamps and Bagged some Lucas Square 8's I am pretty sure that you can have one of each from the factory.

One's a spotlamp, the other's a foglamp, and you can have two the same or one of each according to what you want. The covers are different as well.
