Fuel Pressure Regulator

A bit of a daft question ,but here goes ,I was recently given an FPR by a mate ,it is similar to one of these http://www.tomeiusa.com/_2003web-catalo ... lator.html What I would like to know is this suitable for a carb set up ? as this regulator is designed for fuel injected cars ,I was wondering if my fuel pump (Facet red top ) would work with this ? or is the pump not "man" enough to operate the regulator ?

It's not suitable for carbs, pressures are too high. If you were to use a fuel pressure regulator then filter king would be your best bet if your happy to retro fit into your fuel system. It will regulate your fuel pressure right down to factory spec
