Gear Lever Grommit

Can anyone help ,I am after something to fill the hole for the gear lever in the base unit gearbox tunnel ,at the moment there is just a big hole ,the car was originally an auto ,but has had a 5-speed manual conversion ,does anyone have any suggestions ?

I'd start with 371169 and modify it around the gearlever at the bottom. That's what I did anyway, although mine was a manual car to start with.
