Gearbox mount

Hello again, I wonder where I can get a new rear gearbox mount to my P6 3500 automatic?

Several different ones according to gearbox type and bolt size.

Now I've got the new mount, but how should I turned it? The hole is eccentric placed and the old mount is totally broken so I can't look at it to compare. So, hole "up or down"?
