Gearboxs - 2000 sd1 box for 3500

Can any body advise me, I have a SD1 box from the 2000 engine, I know I need to chance the bell housing to suit the 3500s and also use a Auto prop, but what are the gear ratio's, will my car be geared up to get mpg,s, or am I going to have loads of power and no top end, I want mpg's but I still want to be able to tow. any advice.

I am sure there was a article in the october p6 news that coverrs the 5 speed conversion includng axles.

I'm carrying out a conversion using the toyota supra gearbox. Conversion kit available but it costs £550, gearboxes are cheap though £100 ish and you get a much better box with 0.78 to 1 in 5th
