German P6 3500 S / 13.000 GBP

I quite like the kneee protector idea...

I'm on the more practical points like can it pass an MOT at the moment, but that might make a good upgrade in the future!

Rich.

This German SD-1 is €24,000, + looks like a cheap brothel on wheels; the interior is breathtakingly ghastly  ( ! ) Wunderbar! In this city I could make a decent living from people paying me not to park it on their street  , I guess that could be why this has such low mileage....someone paid the owner 50 euro a day to park this out of sight..... ( reckon I'd get at least a 100 8) )

I mean, just WHAT were they thinking??

Should be listed under: "expensive kennel for a seeing-eye dog"

GW

Finding a SD1 with less than 1400 miles from new is nothing short of sensational. Possibly the lowest mileage SD1 in existence?
The interior was tres chic at the time, so was sad-and-lonely-gold metallic paint. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and a superb piece of history in timewarp condition.
Whether someone wants to shell out 24k EUR is a different question altogether. This thing should go straight into a museum.

15.500 €!! That's crazy!

Indeed

Selling a P6 4 or 8 cylinder in Germany isn´t an easy job - but searching for someone who is willing to pay approx. 15.000 EUR, that´s nearly impossible. By the way: too many "modifications" ->> no chance to get so much money for a P6 overhere.

Rudiger

I can see your point when that's competing with other P6's under €2,000... ( tidy too! )

That's a very nice car - if back in Blighty I suspect it'll be a tax free one as well (umbrella choke/reserve controls).

Pity the badges on the front wing are in the wrong place, otherwise lovely!

Nice idea :)

Verehrter Herr Wicke,

I don't understand why these people don't just give something like this to a museum. I would if it was mine. Everybody with half a brain would realize that 24k is illusionary no matter what condition it is in. It's a SD1 after all. They are not currently on the radar of the mainstream collectors, and it is safe to assume that they likely never will be. But this particular car is priceless for entirely different reasons than what can be effectuated in monetary value. Sometimes one's civil duty to preserve a piece of history should prevail over one's greed towards what in the end is just printed paper. I'm not rich, hence this is just my £0.02 worth.

Viele Grüße aus England,

Ihr

Whilst I'm an SD1 fan amongst other stuff  To me the front looks off colour, the rubbing strips are missig from the wings and the front spoiler is not there :| Not sure if all this is mentioned in the add, maybe I'm fussy for my Euro :D
