This morning Louis came by with his recently acquired P6B, which is an ex-Swiss car imported to the Netherlands in late '95. My father bought in near Amsterdam from the frim who imported it and sold it again in '04. So this is the car which introduced me as a little boy to P6's, since I'm from '90. Most of the panels still have their original paint and it is now on it's 4th owner! The Arden Green NADA is my father's current car. Here are the pictures.

Quite so Andries , very smart .must be quite a rarity up in your neck of the woods .
The willows are great when its raining . If they are growing low enough drive through the lower branches and get a free car wash !!

Nice cars Andries, especialy the grey series one V8 (my favourite P6). Is it burnt grey?
My first P6 (in 1995) was a 2000 SC in burnt grey with red trim.

Groet,

Kees

Well, they have to be planted intentionally compared to oak tree's which grow everywhere where you don't want them to. But they aren't quite rare, we have a moderate sea climate here. Car washing in willow trees isn't really a wise thing to do here, we've got Sahara sand during summers!

Kees, yes it's burnt grey! I think it's one of the best colours for a P6. Your 2000 SC must have looked lovely combined with the Toledo Red interior. Is it still around?

No, unfortunatly it has been scrapped.
Sadly the guy that bought it from me put LPG in it and drove it 35.00km in one year and was not very careful (he wrecked it  ).
We saw it a few years after we sold it on a trade stand at British Cars and Lifestyle, Rosmalen and it made my wife and myself very sad (we actually had to blink away a tear) to see that it was in such a dreadful condition.

It was very nice to meet you in Middelburg! Thanks again.

I hope, when your Nada is ready, that we can arrange a P6-tour in the South of The Netherlands. Think there are more P6-drivers in the South and would like to meet them.

Here is the foto from my mobile:

CU soon!

Louis
