Harrow / North West London P6 get-togethers:
Includes News and photos , details of the next get-together at the Case is Altered: Tuesday 14 September 2010
AND details of the Classics on the Green get-together at Croxley Green near Rickmansworth on Wednesday 4 August (afternoon and evening or just the evening for those who cannot get there earlier).
Thanks to all those who came to the inaugral get-together at the Case is Altered in May and those who attended the second get-together there on 13 July.
Apologies were received for the July get-together from David, Dorothy, and Dave who all said they would be at the next get-together at the Case is Altered on 14 September. Everyone else who was at the inaugral meeting was there again on 13 July plus two new attenders, namely Eric and David. We actually had 3 new P6s attending as Barry's car is now back on the road and highly polished!
We now have 11 regular participants which is excellent but please keep looking for more P6s and slip the flyer I sent round earlier (giving details of our get-togethers and other events) under their windscreen wipers.
Lets make it a full house at the next get-together at the Case is Altered on 14 September. Everyone says they will be there so please ensure you do not forget by if you have not already done so diarising it now.
Some of you said that you would be going to Classics on the Green at Croxley Green on Wednesday 4 August.
Here are the details:
Wednesday 4 August 2010 - Classics on the Green at Croxley Green, Rickmansworth, Herts.
From 12.00 noon until late. Come in the afternoon or evening or both! http://www.watfordclassics.co.uk. P6’s meet at the Artichoke pub on the Green at Croxley Green at 2pm and leave for the show about 2.30pm (or arrive earlier and have lunch at the pub) or arrive later and go directly to the show on your own. We normally stay until it gets dark so if you are not arriving until say 6 or 7pm come and find us there.
Please let me know if you will be coming to Classics on the Green and also if you will be in the early batch leaving the Artichoke pub at 2.30pm. We will assemble in the slip road outside.
