Haunted V8 finally gets fuel pump driven by electrickery

As above ^ OK running when cold, bad running and cutting out when hot are symptoms that can be associated with the ignition amplifier failing on an electronic dizzy.

I'm running points and condenser and the car never gave the slightest ignition problems.
My car suffered badly from fuel vapour locks that I tried to cure for four years unsuccessfully.
Since the electric pump is installed, the car has not put a foot wrong, so I don't need any
advice.
The problem is sorted once and for all.

The car has performed flawlessly ever since I installed the electric fuel pump.

You clowns all are full of shit and I am right, as always.

Why nobody ever listens to me despite I'm always right, is a phenomenon that will never cease to amaze me.
