Can anybody tell me how easy the movement should be on the jet levers at the bottom of the carb. The engine that I have obtained although recond has been sitting for about 2 years and the movement on the arms are quite tight. at one point I thought that they were siezed but after a liberal amount of WD 40 they both move but are realy still quite tight. For identification see operation manual page 28 N item 65 (connecting rod for jet lever) and 33 (Jet housing complete)
