Help!!

Just taken the flywheel ( flexiplate ) off, to fit the new one for the ZF box,

The fixings are different, the P6 has 6 holes on approx 60mm PCD
The one for the ZF has 4 holes on approx 100mm PCD.

At the moment don't know what to do.

You're missing parts. There's a hub that bolts to the crank, then the starter plate (what you call the flexplate) then a spacer, then the flexplate.

Harvey,
I've got the spacer and flexiplate and the starter plate.
So the "hub" must bolt to the crank and have four tapped holes for the rest?

Yes, that's it, but they're held to the crank with allen bolts which chew the heads out when you try to remove them so they often get left behind.
