Dave the painter was going to free up some space around the car (it's surrounded by customer cars in various states of repair) and unseize the clutch then report back to me. At our current rate of progress this might take several months, so please restart your breathing for the time being..

Did you get this sorted ? I have just done a complete clutch & hydraulics replacement. I struggled to get the slave to charge too. I have a original workshop manual and with further reading discovered there is a very specific bleed process. It works a treat and I had it working in 2 mins once I carried out the technique.
