How to remove wiring front to rear section.

The wiring loom on my car runs along the drivers side sill and is threaded throw the two seat posts and the rear cross member by the back seats. So I need to disconnect it to get it out of the way. Which end is it best to disconnect and how the hell does it come out?

Probably easiest to remove from the boot end, from memory it's tail lights, rear screen heater, boot light and fuel tank sender connections, disconnect and you should be able to pull it back through. If you've got a boot mounted battery there will the battery live feed too, this maybe easier to disconnect under the accelerator pedal where it passes through to the engine bay.
